On July 27, 2017, Siebert Cisneros Shank participated as a co-manager on AT&T’s multi-part bond offering. The use of proceeds was designated for the acquisition for Timer Warner, as well as general corporate purposes. The transaction generated significant demand, as spreads tightened from initial price thoughts to final pricing by at least 15 basis points on all tranches. The total order book size was over $55 billion. The transaction settled on August 7, 2017. This represents the biggest deal of 2017, by total amount issued.
